FREE Self Defense SeminarsTo Benefit the Family Resources, Inc. Domestic Violence ShelterFitness First Plus and Evolution is proud to be hosting two women’s self-defense seminars to help raise money for the Family Resources, Inc. Domestic Violence Shelter. Date: February 6 & 13, 2010 Don’t wait as space is limited and spots will fill up fast. If you have or know someone who has been victimized or maybe you are simply looking to find a program that will push you to new levels and give you the tools to handle any obstacles thrown at you then please call to RSVP your spot in one of our two free seminars @ (309) 755-9999. We will be collecting monetary donations to help support the Family Resources, Inc. Domestic Violence Shelter. Donations are not required but are much appreciated.
Doctors with a heartDr James Davis, local doctor of Chiropractic, will be having Doctors With A Heart Day on Valentine's Day, Sunday, February 14th, from 9:00 am til 1:00 pm. Anyone who has never been treated by Dr. Davis will receive a "Free" Orthopedic/Neurologic Exam for a monetary donation. Current patients will be given a Chiropractic adjustment also for a donation. All money will be presented to Family Resources, Inc. of Davenport. Click for more details
