Natalie Harris, LCSW/LISW 

Director of Clinical Services (M-TH) 

Natalie is a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience across various settings, including community mental health, case management, and hospital setting. She received her bachelor's degree from Augustana College and went on to complete her master's in social work at Loyola University Chicago. Natalie has been providing mental health therapy services for the past 5 years and enjoys working with adolescents and adults. 

Currently serving as the Clinical Director, Natalie strives to provide quality guidance and supervision to the therapists, ensuring that evidence-based practices are implemented to support a client's emotional well-being. She strives to build strong, trusting relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners. Natalie is committed to creating a positive and productive environment while fostering motivation and growth in staff and clients. 

Outside of work, Natalie spends most of her time with her family and two dogs. She enjoys spending time in nature and listening to music.
