Behavioral Health Intervention Services Provider  (M-TH)

Bailey is a Behavior Intervention Services provider with two years of experience in the behavioral health field working with clients ages 4 to 20. She has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Eau-Claire and is in the process of obtaining her Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.   

Bailey is dedicated to creating a welcoming space that fosters an environment of gentle development and growth. Bailey’s approach is grounded in patience, compassion, and understanding. She strives to meet each individual where they are, recognizing that everyone brings unique experiences, strengths, and goals into sessions. By creating a supportive and encouraging environment, Bailey works collaboratively with individuals and families to build practical strategies that promote lasting change.   

With a strong commitment to evidence-based practices, Bailey focuses on helping clients strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication, and develop healthier coping skills. Her approach emphasizes patience, empathy, and a strength-based perspective, helping individuals recognize their abilities and build confidence in their own growth.   

Bailey is passionate about empowering individuals to discover their potential and develop the tools needed to thrive. She believes that with the right support and guidance, even small steps can lead to meaningful and lasting growth.  

Outside of her professional life, Bailey enjoys hiking and wants to visit all the national and state parks in the surrounding areas. She also enjoys baking and will often spend much of her free time in the kitchen working on a new cookie recipe. Bailey will often find herself preoccupied with some sort of crochet project if she isn’t in the kitchen or out adventuring. She also used to play Rugby and still avidly keeps up with the sport!
