Social Services
Social Services is an extremely broad term to describe an
array of services ranging from mental health, domestic violence, adolescent
residential treatment facilities to foster care... here at Family
Resources, that barely describes the variety and depth of services we provide
in 10 counties throughout Iowa.
Our services span all age ranges, from children to the
elderly. Recently, a central intake
system has been implemented to better serve clients and streamline the services
that they need to best address their issues. Our qualified staff work cooperatively across departments to ensure that
clients are receiving individualized treatment plans that may encompass many
aspects of our agency.
We have learned, over the course of our 150 year history
that we must evolve along with the needs of our communities and align our
mission to continue to strengthen children, families and individuals by
providing quality services that engage community resources to create effective
solutions.
With more that 30 programs spanning that areas of child
welfare and juvenile justice, mental health, victim services and education,
Family Resources is positioned to provide the highest quality of services while
encompassing all aspects of client treatment.
Our staff, board and volunteers believe healthy families are the
backbone of our community and the strength of our future.
