We're here to help!

Let's face it, life can be pretty rough. Juggling work, family and personal responsibilities can be a big job when everything is going right. But....if one or two things start going wrong, it can all seem like a disaster. The more you try to fix things, the worse they seem to get.

That's Where We Come In!

Our goal is to provide a safe, comfortable and confidential environment where individuals, couples, families, and children can come to make positive change in their lives.

We provide the highest quality counseling and therapy services by employing a diverse group of experienced and well-trained mental health professionals. Clients can be assured that they will receive the most current and product therapeutic services provided in the Quad City area.

What Types of Problems Do We Address?

We help all types of people deal with all types of problems including: depression, anxiety, family, marital, parental, relationship, work-related, adolescent sexual aggressiveness, and drug or alcohol to name a few.

Therapy services include:
  • Individual therapy
  • Couples therapy
  • Family therapy
  • Group therapy
  • Play therapy

We also work with children ages 0-6 through Project BEST.

What Does It Cost?

We provide quality services to all members of the Quad City area regardless of race, gender, ethnicity or social economic status. We accept most insurance, private pay, Title XIX (Medicaid) and have a sliding fee scale that is funded through United Way.

What Happens When I Call?

Phone callers will speak with an intake specialist who will need to obtain information about the prospective client, such as: name, address, phone number, and if you have insurance, the ID number. A person will also be asked what their reason for seeking help is and the intake specialist will pair you up with the best possible therapist to meet the prospective client's needs.
