Take Back the Night Rescheduled

Take Back the Night, a community awareness event that celebrates survivors of violence against women and children, has been rescheduled for Friday, August 1, 2008 from to 9 p.m. at the ock Island District Great River Plaza (2nd Ave. Between 18th & 19th Streets). Admission is FREE and refreshments will be available for purchase from Rock Island Hy-Vee.

Highlights include:
  • Community Information Tables
  • Merchandise and giveaways
  • Music, Speakers, Awareness March , Speakout, Activities for the kids
  • . . . and MUCH MORE!
