Youth Alternative Program

The Youth Alternatives Program(YAP) provides information to youth and the general public about gang involvement and focuses on alternatives for youth that are at-risk and exposed to violence, delinquency, and gangs.

GOAL: Decrease youth violence, gang activity, and behaviors that have been identified as anti-social and can contribute to violence. Intervention and prevention driven service.

 

We teach the ABC's of Life Skills:

A: Anger Management

B: Bullying

C: Conflict Resolution

D: Discussion of Gang Awareness:

E: Education: Nature of Violence

We service elementary through high school students. We are able to present at special events upon request. All material given is age-appropriate.
