The Violence Intervention Counseling Services of Family Resources, Inc. include:

• Quad Cities Rape/Sexual Assault Counseling & Advocacy Program

• Domestic Violence Advocacy Program

• Domestic Violence Shelter

• The domestic violence shelter is always in need of items. See our needs list if you would like to contribute.

With offices in both Davenport, Iowa and Moline, Illinois the programs serve more than 14,000 women and children each year in the Quad City area.
